Refund Policy
This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for RankYourBrand, a service of PickDeploy Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, which say the same thing in fewer words; where they appear to differ, read them together.
1. Who you are buying from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
This is why Paddle, rather than RankYourBrand, is what appears on your card or bank statement, and why your receipts and VAT invoices come from them.
2. Try it before you pay
Every account can start a free trial: 14 days and 750 credits, with no card required. The trial exists so you can find out whether the product works for your brand before any money changes hands, which is why there is no blanket money-back guarantee after payment.
If the trial does not tell you what you needed to know, write to us before you buy and we will help you set it up properly.
3. Billing and renewals
Paid packages are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout — monthly or annual — and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for: your workspace stays on its package, with its allowance, until that period runs out.
Prices are charged in US dollars. Taxes are added where Paddle is required to collect them, and are shown before you confirm.
4. Refunds
Payments are not refunded except where the law requires it. That includes part-used periods: a package is sold as an allowance for a period, and the engine calls it pays for are spent as you use them, so an unused remainder is not held as credit.
Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you buy from. Where such a right applies — for example a statutory cooling-off period on a distance contract — it applies regardless of what this page says, and Paddle will honour it.
If you believe you have been charged in error, including a renewal you had already cancelled or a duplicate payment, tell us and we will put it right. That is a mistake to correct, not a refund to argue about.
5. Cancelling
To cancel, go to Settings › Billing in the app and choose Cancel the subscription. You can call the cancellation off there until the period ends. If you cannot sign in, email support@rankyourbrand.ai from the address on the account, or use the links in the receipt Paddle sent you, and we will confirm in writing. Either way, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
If you cancel by email, we treat the request as effective from the day you send it rather than the day we answer.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it and will contact you. Your package stays active while that is happening. If it is not resolved, the subscription is cancelled and the workspace returns to no package — your data is not deleted at that point; our Privacy Policy covers what happens to it and when.
7. Reaching a person
Email support@rankyourbrand.ai. We answer billing questions ourselves rather than routing them anywhere, and you can also contact Paddle directly through the links on any receipt they send you.
